Refund Policy

 
RETURN POLICY
Hidden Cause LLC (dba Be Serene) will accept a return of unopened bottles of the product(s) within 180 days of purchase. If you have purchased multiple bottles, in order to qualify for a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling charges) you would need to return all but one of the bottles unopened. This applies to subscription and non-subscription purchases. Refunds are only applicable to your first purchase of the product.
 
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within one hundred and eighty (180) days of the purchase date. All returned items can be in new or in used condition. It is preferred that all original tags and labels are attached.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item please email customer service at support@Be-Serene.com to inform about the return. Or get the address on bottle label, and contact us at support@Be-Serene.com for more details. 
 
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
Subscription products are not eligible for refunds. 
 
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. Items purchased with the intent to resell may not be refunded. Orders that violate our Terms of Service shall not be refunded. Repeat orders may not be refunded. 
 
Please Note
 
Customer must to inform the Be Serene that he/she will send the bottles back and send to Be Serene the proof of sending in order to receive the refund.
